I am a visionary, dynamic business leader with 30+ years of customer-focused management experience, supporting both internal operations and external clients.  I have developed and implemented processes, tools, and organizational models to support multi-billion-dollar portfolios across Contract Labor, IT, Real Estate, Facilities, Travel, Marketing, Finance, HR, and Professional Services.  I am a proven leader who can hire, build, and manage extremely energized, creative, and globally dispersed teams to accomplish the mission of the organization.  I have demonstrated the ability to scale and stretch into multiple roles simultaneously.

At DXC Technology ($13.5B global technology services company), I served as the Chief Procurement Officer overseeing the Supply Chain, Procurement, Corporate Services, and Account Payable functions.  I oversaw 900 people in 40 countries and $6B in annual expenditures.  There I championed a journey to transform its service delivery model to increase accountability, value creation, and a simplified process / technical platform.  During my tenure, Days Payable Outstanding increased from 40 to 64 while vendor cost as a percentage of revenue shrunk from 42% to 37%.

I served as HCL Tech’s ($11B Indian headquartered, IT services company) first Chief Procurement Officer.  I drove a global organization of 230+ professionals in 7 countries through a multi-year, transformational program by developing and deploying a new operating model, organizational design, and technology platform.  I led the team in delivering Category Management, Sourcing, Contracting, and Procurement Operations for all ($3B+) spend categories (Technology, Contingent Labor, Facilities, Travel, HR, Benefits, Finance, Marketing, etc.).  I expanded my personal impact by becoming an expert in the US Benefits field and sat on the 2-member US Benefits Council.  In addition, I modernized the 401k plan and chaired the 401k Committee. 

At my second stint at Accenture ($31B global consultancy and services company) , I held a variety of roles supporting both external clients and internal, corporate functions.  As a client-facing consultant, I provided IT Procurement advice to clients, oversaw all category experts, and led the organization's design activities related to the acquisition of Procurian.  My internally focused roles included the IT Global Category leader, American Procurement Leader, and the Global Category Management process owner. 

At Dell ($52B computer hardware manufacturer), I spent the first half of my tenure overseeing a broad portfolio of their world-class supply chain systems which included Forecasting, Demand Planning, MRP, Materials Management, Logistics, Trade Compliance, Cost Accounting, and Returns.  I then transitioned to procurement and created the Vendor Management Office to manage nearly $1B of internal IT expenditures. 

In my first stint at Andersen Consulting / Accenture ($10B revenues), I helped companies in a variety of automotive, consumer products, manufacturing, and semiconductor industries evaluate and implement supply chain planning systems. 

I graduated with Distinction from Cornell University with an Engineering bachelor's degree in Operations Research.
